    Ticket Booking Process is as follows:
    Visit Our Ticket Box -> Order your tickets -> Submit your personal info* -> Confirm your Order -> Process your Payment -> Get your Tickets (Order Confirmation Letter send to your Email).
  2. Purchase Tickets Online with Credit Card Payment
    Ticket Booking Process is as follows:
    Select Events, Click Buy Tickets button -> Click Buy Now button from available Event list -> Enter # of Tickets and Select Preferred Show -> Type the CAPTHCA words -> Select the Class Category -> Chose delivery method, Click Add to Chart button -> Finalize Order -> Secure Payment Process -> Get your Print at Home Tickets (Order Confirmation Letter also send to your Email).
  3. Purchase Tickets Online with Transfer Payment
    Ticket Booking Process is as follows:
    Select Events, Click Buy Tickets button -> Click Buy Now button from available Event list -> Enter # of Tickets and Select Preferred Show -> Type the CAPTHCA words -> Select the Class Category -> Chose delivery method, Click Add to Chart button -> Reserve Order -> Transfer Payment Manually -> Email Payment Proof and Confirmation number -> Get your Tickets (Order Confirmation Letter send to your Email)

Payment Methods

    Cash Transaction. Free of Transaction Fee/Charges.
  2. Debit Card
    Debit card Transaction through EDC Machine. with 3% of Payment Surcharge.
  3. Credit Card
    Credit card Transaction through EDC Machine. (Visa and Master card can be accepted). with 3% of Payment Surcharge.
  4. Online by Credit Card Secure Payment
    The Secure Payment Platform support online payment for local bank card (Visa and Master card can be accepted). with 3% of Payment Surcharge.

Fees and Charges

Per Ticket Fee:
Normal Ticket handling fee : Rp.10.000/Ticket or according to Event policy.

Payment Surcharge/Transaction Fee:
3% Fee for Card Transaction Process.

Shipping Options

The following options are available for most events: *

  • Will Call
    Pick up your tickets at the box office before the show; you’ll need your photo ID and credit card.
  • Print at Home Ticket
    Print your tickets right away, or whenever you’re ready, from your email or My Ticket account.
  • Courier Service
    Domestic only, delivered in a plain white envelope.
    You’ll get a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

What should I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us. Our support team is happy to help. Make sure you have your order confirmation number or the credit card you used to buy the tickets handy.

For damaged or destroyed MyTicket (Print at Home) tickets, just print again from the link in your confirmation email or your MyTicket account.

Do I need to purchase tickets for my child?

Rules may vary from venue to venue and from event to event, so your best bet is to check the admission rules on the event page or call the ticket offices’ number for more information.

Can I make a tentative booking on the internet?

Ticket bookings via the Internet have to be confirmed within the 15 minute time-frame allowed for each transaction to be completed. If such confirmation is not made within this period, the transaction time expires and the transaction will be deemed incomplete. Any seats allocated will be automatically returned to the system and be available for sale on a first- come-first-served basis. Therefore any tentative booking is held for only 15 minutes.

What supporting documents do I need to present to collect my tickets?

  • The Credit Card used for the purchase.
  • Your KTP / Passport.

For a proxy to collect on your behalf, he/she needs to present:

  • A letter of authorization signed by the credit cardholder
  • A photocopy of the credit cardholder’s KTP/Passport
  • A photocopy of the KTP/Passport used for the purchase

Important Note : MyTicket reserves the right not to release tickets if the above documents are not in order.

What should I take note upon receiving my tickets?

  • Check that the event title, date, time and price are correct.
  • Tickets are not tampered with, defaced or torn.
  • Read the terms and conditions printed on the back of the ticket.

I bought tickets but I can’t go to the event.
Can I get a refund?

While some events let us take tickets back and issue refunds if something comes up and you can’t make it, unfortunately “No Refunds” is standard policy for most.

My event was canceled or rescheduled.
Can I get a refund?

When an artist, band, venue, or promoter cancels or postpones an event, we will work hard to make refunds as painless as possible.

If your event was canceled, in most cases you won’t need to do a thing: we’ll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees (except delivery charges, if any) on the same payment method used for purchase. If you bought your tickets at a ticket office box, please return them at the same location.

If your event was rescheduled, we’ll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can’t make it? The decision to issue refunds for rescheduled events is up to the individual artist, team, venue, or promoter, but we’ll do everything we can to help! Just contact us.

Are cameras and/or video cameras
allowed at venues?

Audio and video recording equipment are NOT ALLOWED in most venues. Usually, the venue will require you to deposit your recording equipment and collect it after the show.

What are the risks involved when purchasing MyTicket tickets from unauthorized ticket vendors?

First of all, you MAY NOT gain entry because the tickets may have been lost or stolen and the original ticket owner has been re-issued new tickets.
Secondly, if the show is postponed or cancelled, you WILL NOT BE ABLE to claim a refund because it is unlikely that you will meet the ticket refund verification processes.
